Our First Event: A Custom “85” Birthday Setup

Every business has a starting point—and for us, it was a custom build that set the tone for everything to come.

Our first official event was a milestone birthday celebration, featuring a custom “85” marquee setup. This project was especially meaningful because it combined both sides of what 4BAR Event Rentals represents: custom craftsmanship and a complete event experience.

From the beginning, this wasn’t just about renting letters—it was about creating something personalized and memorable. The marquee numbers were built by hand, designed specifically for the occasion, and finished to match the clean, elevated look we aim to bring to every setup.

Leading up to the event, a lot of time went into the process—cutting, assembling, wiring, and refining each detail to make sure everything looked and functioned perfectly. Seeing the pieces come together from raw materials to a fully lit display was a moment that really defined what this business could become.

On the day of the event, everything came together. The setup created a focal point for the celebration and added a level of presence that made the moment feel even more special.
